At check-in, valid identity documents with a photograph will be required for the identification of all guests, including minors, which is required by law.
Upon check-in, you will need to pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Genoa.
We kindly ask you to pay close attention to closing windows and shutters when you leave the apartment.
We will ask you to leave the apartment with the dishes washed.
At the end of your stay, we ask you not to leave rubbish in the apartment.
Please remember that smoking is strictly prohibited.
It is forbidden to organize parties in the apartment.
We love animals, but we are not yet equipped to welcome them. So, for now, they are not allowed.
We ask you not to leave windows open with the air conditioning on hot or cold.
In case of weather warnings, we ask you to pay close attention and follow the information given by the Civil Protection.
We ask you to respect these simple rules because we care that those who come after you can find a clean and comfortable environment.
